For registered adult users who own IQOS heated tobacco device, the IQOS CLUB is available at www.iqosclub.cz
IQOS CLUB members will be the first to learn about all the news and special offers in the world of IQOS. By building club status, they can get the latest IQOS device every year, for example. IQOS CLUB opens up new possibilities and unforgettable experiences. It brings exclusive events, talk shows and meetings with interesting people and their stories. Throughout the year, members can look forward to lots of surprises and rewards.

How to become a member of IQOS CLUB?
To become a member of the IQOS CLUB program, the following requirements must be met:
• Reach the age of 18 and be an IQOS user.
• Be a registered IQOS customer in Czech Republic.
• Have at least one IQOS device registered in your profile on www.IQOS.com.
• In your profile on www.IQOS.com, check the box that you wish to become a member of the IQOS CLUB program and agree to be contacted.
If you are not registered yet, you need to:
• Create an online account at IQOS.com.
• Register at least one IQOS device to your account.
• In your profile on www.IQOS.com, check the box that you wish to become a member of the IQOS CLUB program, and agree to the program Terms and conditions.

How does IQOS CLUB work?
Registered adult users of IQOS heated tobacco device can participate in the loyalty program on www.iqosclub.cz.
They can earn points for their purchases at www.iqos.com and in selected IQOS stores (applies only to IQOS heated tobacco device and accessories and tobacco sticks), for recommending IQOS tobacco heating device to adult smokers, and activities within www.iqosclub.cz. They can also take part in special events, receive special offers and the most active ones can get the latest IQOS model every year. And that's not all - more information is available at: https://cz.club.iqos.com/cs/how-it-works.
Registered adult users of IQOS VEEV vaping device receive special offers related to IQOS VEEV products, which may take the form of a discount voucher, for a specific product or in the form of an exclusive offer for members only. Club members also receive exclusive information about news in the world of vaping and option of priority purchase of selected items.

What do I get for recommending IQOS heated tobacco device?
If you have a positive experience with the IQOS heated tobacco device, you can recommend it to your friends, adult smokers. When they use your IQOS CLUB code when purchasing a registration kit, you will get status points that will take you to the next club level and open up even more benefits. At the same time, you get 300 points in your wallet, which you can exchange for a discount on your next purchase.
You must have a verified mobile phone number to receive both of these benefits. If at the time of referral your number has not been verified, nothing happens the reward will be credited up to 6 months back. You can exchange your points for a voucher and use it as a discount on your purchase. You can exchange points for a voucher on the IQOS CLUB page.
Remember, we will reward you for each new user to whom you successfully recommend an IQOS heated tobacco device, up to a maximum of 15 in one calendar month.
Referrals do not apply to IQOS VEEV only users, nor to IQOS VEEV referrals to adult smokers.
What will an adult smoker get for a recommendation?
If your friend, an adult smoker, uses your IQOS CLUB code when purchasing the IQOS registration set for heated tobacco, he will receive a voucher worth CZK 300 for the next purchase.

How to recommend IQOS heated tobacco device?
As a member of IQOS CLUB, you have your unique IQOS CLUB code, which is used to share with your friends, adult smokers. If your code is used when purchasing a registration kit, you will both receive a reward. You must have a confirmed phone number to receive the reward. You can send your IQOS CLUB code or IQOS CLUB LINQ directly to your friend, an adult smoker, where you will find other information about IQOS along with the code, including store locations where IQOS is available for purchase or for rent for up to a week.

Where can I find my IQOS CLUB code?
If you are a user IQOS heated tobacco device user, we will send you your code via SMS and e-mail after registration. It is also always available in your profile on IQOS CLUB and in the header of every email from us. If you are unable to find your code, you can contact our toll-free customer care line at 800 413 413.

How does phone number verification work?
In order to credit your points to the correct account, you need to activate it via telephone number. You can confirm the number via the link in SMS or contact our IQOS Customer Care Center at 800 413 413, on Facebook, via web chat or at [email protected].
If you have successfully recommended IQOS heated tobacco device to an adult smokers, but you do not yet have a confirmed number, then the reward has not been lost and it is still waiting for you. After confirming the number, we will credit you with all rewards, but no more than 6 months after the successful recommendation. Your friend, adult smoker, is rewarded regardless of the number verification.

When will I receive a reward for recommending an adult smoker?
As a standard, we reward within 24 hours of a successful recommendation. If the crediting of the reward takes longer than 4 working days, please contact our IQOS Customer Care Center on 800 413 413, on Facebook, via web chat or at [email protected]
We issue the reward only in the case of a successful recommendation.

How long are my points valid?
Status points are valid for the entire calendar year, they are always reset on January 1 of the following year. An exception is the first year when membership was established, when points are not reset and are valid until the end of the following calendar year. The validity of points in the wallet depends on the period when they were obtained. Points earned in the first half (January 1 - June 30) are valid until the end of the calendar year, points earned in the second half (July 1 - December 31) are valid until the end of the first half of the following calendar year (June 30). Each point is valid for at least 6 months.
Tobacco sticks and nicotine pods used with IQOS contain nicotine, which is addictive. Therefore using IQOS is not risk free. The best choice for consumers concerned about their health is to quit tobacco and nicotine use altogether.
